Terms & Conditions

Last updated June 23, 2026. These terms are between you and Karion LLC, which owns and operates Navi at trynavvi.com.

Program and app description

Navi helps users draw real-world prompt cards, complete simple moments, and save or share reflections. Navi is the product name; Karion LLC is the legal entity that owns and operates the service.

SMS verification terms

By providing your phone number and consenting to SMS verification, you authorize Karion LLC to send one-time passcodes for Navi account signup, login, and phone-number verification. These are transactional OTP messages only, not marketing messages. Message frequency varies; typically one message per signup, login, or phone-number verification attempt. Msg & Data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help where supported. You can also contact contact@trynavvi.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS verification is not a marketing program. Karion LLC does not sell or share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

User responsibilities

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create a Navi account.
  • Use Navi lawfully and respectfully.
  • Do not impersonate others or submit content you do not have rights to share.
  • Do not use Navi to harass, exploit, or harm another person.
  • Keep your account credentials and phone access secure.

Content and community rules

You are responsible for the content you create or share in Navi. You keep ownership of your content, but you grant Navi the limited rights needed to host, display, process, moderate, and operate the service according to your visibility choices.

Do not post nudity, sexually explicit content, harassment, hate speech, threats, violence, gore, weapons used to threaten others, illegal drug content, spam, scams, private information you do not have permission to share, or content that encourages illegal, unsafe, or harmful behavior. Do not submit a fake prompt completion, including AI-generated media, copied media, reused media, staged content presented as authentic, or a post that does not reasonably relate to the prompt.

Public posts, reports, and blocks

Public posts may be visible to other users in Navi feeds, Explore, search, profile pages, or similar surfaces after required review. Private posts are not intended for public discovery, but they may still be reviewed for safety, abuse prevention, and completion integrity.

Public posts may include Report and Block User actions. Report reasons may include nudity, harassment, hate speech, violence, spam, Faked post, or other. We may hide a reported post from the reporting user, review the report, limit visibility, remove content, restrict accounts, or take other action when appropriate.

Moderation and completion credit

Navi may use automated moderation, authenticity checks, abuse-prevention signals, and human review before or after content becomes public. We may approve, hold, reject, remove, or restore content based on safety, authenticity, reports, legal requirements, or these terms.

Rhythm progress, completion credit, and any future reward-like features are not final until required checks pass. Navi may hold, reject, adjust, or revoke credit for fake, unsafe, copied, AI-generated, prompt-irrelevant, abusive, or otherwise invalid submissions, including submissions deleted shortly after completion.

Account action and deletion

We may limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse reporting or blocking tools, attempt to bypass moderation, compromise another account, or create safety or security risk. You can request account or data deletion at /delete-account/. Some limited records may be retained when required for legal, safety, security, abuse-prevention, or reward-integrity reasons. Unless a longer period is required by law, an active investigation, a dispute, or abuse-prevention needs, deleted content kept as private evidence is retained for up to 30 days, while moderation, report, reward-integrity, account-security, support, and deletion-request records may be retained for up to 1 year, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

Navi may change, pause, or discontinue features while the app is being developed. We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
