Email kaleb@trynavvi.com with the subject "Navi data deletion request." Include the phone number, username, or account identifier connected to the account so we can verify ownership.
Delete account/data
You can request deletion of your Navi account and associated app data after we verify that the request belongs to you.
What we delete
After verification, we will delete or anonymize account data, app content, and related profile information unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or operational records.
SMS and phone verification data
Phone numbers and SMS verification records are treated as sensitive account data. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent for marketing or promotional purposes.
