Navi is owned and operated by Karion LLC at trynavvi.com. You can request deletion of your Navi account and associated app data after we verify that the request belongs to you.
Email contact@trynavvi.com with the subject "Navi data deletion request." Include the phone number, username, or account identifier connected to the account so Karion LLC can verify ownership. Karion LLC aims to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
After verification, we will delete or anonymize account data, profile information, public posts, private posts, captions, photos, saved app content, follows, blocks, reports where deletion is allowed, and related Storage objects unless retention is required for security, safety, abuse prevention, reward integrity, appeals, legal compliance, or operational records.
Some limited private records may be retained after deletion when needed to investigate abuse, protect other users, prevent repeated fake submissions, document moderation or reward-integrity decisions, comply with legal obligations, or maintain security logs. Retained records are not meant to keep deleted public posts visible.
Unless a longer period is required by law, an active safety investigation, a dispute, or abuse-prevention needs, deleted content kept as private moderation or integrity evidence is retained for up to 30 days. Moderation actions, report history, reward-integrity actions, account-security logs, and support or deletion request records may be retained for up to 1 year.
Phone numbers and SMS verification records are treated as sensitive account data. Karion LLC does not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent for marketing or promotional purposes.
Navi SMS one-time passcodes are transactional account verification messages only, not marketing messages. Message frequency varies; typically one message per signup, login, or phone-number verification attempt. Msg & Data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
