You can request deletion of your Navi account and associated app data after we verify that the request belongs to you.

After verification, we will delete or anonymize account data, app content, and related profile information unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or operational records.
Phone numbers and SMS verification records are treated as sensitive account data. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent for marketing or promotional purposes.
