Overview

Navi is a mobile app for drawing simple prompts, completing moments in real life, and saving or sharing reflections. We collect only the information needed to run the app, keep accounts secure, and respond to support requests.

Information we collect

  • Account information, such as username and phone number when phone sign-in is enabled.
  • Verification data, such as SMS one-time-code consent event details and timestamps.
  • App content you choose to create, such as cards, photos, captions, and visibility settings.
  • Technical and usage information needed to protect, debug, and improve the service.
  • Support messages you send to us.

Phone numbers and SMS consent

Navi may use your phone number to send SMS one-time passcodes for signup, login, or phone-number verification. Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies; typically one message per signup or login attempt. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help where supported.

We do not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes. This excludes service providers that help us operate verification or security features and that may use the information only to provide services for Navi.

How we use information

  • To create and secure your account.
  • To send verification codes and prevent unauthorized access.
  • To show app content according to your visibility choices.
  • To provide support, safety, moderation, and troubleshooting.
  • To comply with legal and platform requirements.

Sharing

We may share information with vendors that operate hosting, authentication, analytics, support, security, or messaging services for Navi. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users, or to enforce our terms. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and deletion

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required for security, legal, or operational reasons. You can request account or data deletion at /delete-account/ or by emailing kaleb@trynavvi.com.
